Please watch out for a housing needs survey which is being sent to all households in South Oxted, Surrey Community Action are conducting the survey to assess the level of need for affordable housing in the area. If you are looking for affordable homeownership or affordable rent then its really important that you complete the survey so they can accurately reflect the need in the area. For example, you may have older children still living at home who are looking for their first property or you may be living in a home that no longer meets your need.
